I always love coming to urban plates for a fast but delicious and healthy meal that feels home made. My favorite is the sides plates with the stubborn sodas! Service is always great, the staff is friendly, quick and helpful when checking for allergens or ingredients or giving recommendations. Love the ambiance; it's cozy and casual! Back patio is also dog friendly!

Came here for lunch Got the chimichurri steak- exceptional Brussels sprouts - phenomenal Parmesan Truffle fries - meh, truffle mayo came on the side Pinot noir - decent Menu extensive, I'd be back

This place is so yummy ! My husband and I had first tried Urban plates at their Livermore/Pleasanton location and loved it, so we were pleasantly surprised to know that there was one in the South Bay as well ! Ordering and food delivery was seamless and fast. Plus their ingredients taste fresh and thus delicious. Service was also professional, and they also have outdoor seating (so I'm wondering if we could take a dog here in the future...) The indoor seating was not super abundant but it had a nice vibe (think warm, warehouse brewery feel) but my husband and I did not have issues finding a spot. All in all, I would defintiely recommend this place !

Sorry ahead of time for the plate already being half eaten! I just couldn't wait to dig in. The service was fast and easy, the manager Lee was very friendly. The seating was very nice and had such a comfortable feel. My daughter absolutely loved the Mac and cheese. We will for sure be coming back especially with the prices! The plates were more than fair.

The workers here are friendly and the service is good. The place is clean and spacious with plenty of seats. Ironically, ordering there at the cashier is faster than ordering on mobile. I came after my friends and my food came after theirs even though they did mobile orders before I made mine at the cashier. I ordered the surf and turf with mashed potatoes and fries. The food didn't take too long to come out and the food was decent. There are plenty of menu items here that I want to try. They also have their own tasty soft drinks there as well.

My first time at this casual chain and it was tasty. Appreciate that they offer a vegetarian protein (tofu) that's actually well-seasoned. I ordered their beets + avocado bowl with a side of chili glazed grilled tofu and truffle parmesan fries. The fries were delicious - pillowy interior with a nice touch of truffle. The tofu was also good, although the charred marks were too smoky / burnt for my preference but the sweet chili glaze helped mask it. For a casual eatery where you order upfront it was a hefty lunch at about $27. Service was friendly and helpful. Overall, would come back if I was in the area.

I love the healthy cafeteria-style concept and used to go to this chain all the time in LA - so glad it finally came up to the bay! I think everything is pre-made and then set on the line assembly-line style. Grab a tray and order food. We Doordashed from this spot :) A Steak Plate with two Sides and Chicken added came to be about $33 (DD prices). The portions are well sized. The chicken and steak are very lean. The mashed potatoes were drool worthy.

We were still full from lunch and I can only think of a salad no other than Urban Plates'. Been here before and their salads are very satisfying. It comes in big portions and is packed with ingredients. We also got to try the Beef Short Ribs bowl and it's such a comfort food - tender beef on a bed of mashed tomatoes with heartwarming sauce. It's like grandma's homemade recipe. Such quality food for less than $25 is a rare find these days. The space is huge with big long table and some tables for 4. It is a family friendly place. Sound is quite noisy though maybe from high ceiling without much acoustics. A bang from the kitchen reverberates throughout the space.
